Payment of the guitar and/or accessories, including shipping costs, must be made before delivery. The items are shipped after verification of the payment.

There is a 5-year non-transferable warranty to the original owner. Please view our complete warranty here

On stock purchases there is a 7 day trial period. Within 7 days after receipt, if an instrument proves unsuited to the customer, he can return the instrument. The returned instrument should be in the original condition and shipped insured at the costs of the customer as stated in our warranty. The purchase price, minus the shipment will be refunded. If the instrument is not received in its original condition at Adamovic Basses, the costs of restoration will be deducted from the refund. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

We always estimate a delivery date. Being a small company and because we build custom basses that vary in complexity we can not give an exact deadline. We hope you understand that it is just an estimate and we do our best to deliver by this date. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date, we will notify you as soon as possible.

There are no refunds on custom ordered instruments after they are completed and purchased.
After the non refundable deposit of 30% is made you may cancel the order but the non refundable deposit of 30% will be retained by Adamovic Basses. This will cover most of the costs made for consultation and ordered parts

Custom order example:
Price of the instrument: 3000 euro
Non refundable deposit due before the start of the build (30% from 3000=): 900 euro
Shipping costs with insurance: 100 euro
Payment before shipping (the balance and the shipping): 2100+100= 2200 euro
Total is: 900(deposit) + 2100(balance) + 100(shipping) = 3100 euro
